How do I participate in the lucky draw?

Simply purchase a new Chubb Travel Insurance Single Trip (excluding Saver Plan) or Annual Multi-Trip policy between 1 August - 30 September 2025, for a chance to win the experience of a lifetime at the Australian Open 2026.

 For every policy you purchase that covers a different journey, you will earn an additional entry into the draw.

The cost of the air tickets is capped at S$4,000. In the event it exceeds S$4,000, the winner is liable to top up the difference.

When will the results be announced?

The draw will be held on 5 November 2025 and winners will be announced on this page by 27 November 2025.

Who is eligible for this lucky draw?

The lucky draw is open to Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents aged 18 years and above who have purchased a new Chubb Travel Insurance Single Trip (excluding Saver Plan) or Annual Multi-Trip policy between 1 August - 30 September 2025.

Lucky Draw T&Cs

1. Chubb Travel Insurance is underwritten by Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited (“Chubb”).
2. The lucky draw prize on Single Trip and Annual Plans are part of Chubb Travel Insurance Promotion (“Promotion”). The Promotion will run from 1 Aug to 30 Sept 2025, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is organised by Chubb.
3. The lucky draw is organised and conducted by Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited (“Lucky Draw”).
4. To be eligible for the Lucky Draw:
   • you must be a Singaporean or a Singapore Permanent Resident aged 18 years and above
   • You must purchase a new Chubb Travel Insurance Single Trip (except Saver Plan) and/or Annual Multi-Trip insurance policy (“Qualifying Policy”) during the Promotion Period; and
   • Your application and insurance premium payment for the Qualifying Policy must be accepted by Chubb during the Promotion Period.
5. There is only one (1) winner for the Lucky Draw (“Winner”).
6. The travel period of your prize package must be between 30 January 2026 – 2 February 2026 (both dates inclusive).
7. The cost of both Air Tickets is capped at S$4,000.
8. In the event the actual cost of the Air Tickets exceeds S$4,000, the Winner is liable to top up the difference. For avoidance of doubt, if the actual cost of the Air Tickets is under S$4,000, the Winner is not entitled to receive the surplus amount between the actual price of the Air Tickets and S$4,000.
9. The Winner will be drawn at random.
10. Each Single Trip Plan (except Chubb Saver) and / or Annual Plan purchased during the Promotion Period will entitle you to (1) draw chance for the Lucky Draw.
11. For every policy you purchase that covers a different journey, you will earn an additional entry into the draw.
12. There is no maximum cap to the number of draw chances that you are entitled to for the Lucky Draw during the Promotion Period.
13. Chubb shall not be liable to you or any third party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, if the number of your draw chances is not correctly tabulated due to irregularities in the details that you provide during your sign-up for the Qualifying Policy / Qualifying Policies.
14. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 5 November 2025 between 0900 hours to 1800 hours ("Draw Date") at the following address: 138 Market Street, #11-01, CapitaGreen, Singapore 048946. The Lucky Draw will be conducted by a Chubb appointed external auditor (the “Auditor”). The Winner will be randomly drawn by means of a computerised draw under the supervision of the Auditor and the Winner will accordingly be determined.
15. The main identifier used for the computerised draw will be the policyholder’s name as indicated by the policyholder when the policyholder signed up for the Qualifying Policy / Qualifying Policies.
16. Customers who have purchased only a Single Trip Chubb Saver Plan are not entitled to any draw chance in the Lucky Draw.
17. The Winner will be announced and published at https://www.chubbtravelinsurance.com.sg/cti/sg-en/home/australianopen2026.html three (3) weeks after the Draw Date (“Announcement”). The Winner will also be notified in writing within seven (7) working days of the Announcement, by email to the email address stated in the policy (“Notification”). It is your responsibility to inform Chubb of any change in your email address (if it is different from the address that you provided during signup for the Lucky Draw) and Chubb shall not be held responsible for any non-receipt of the Notification. The Winner will be contacted by the AO Travel & Experiences team within two (2) weeks after the Notification for more details on how to redeem and utilise the Lucky Draw Prize. Any Qualifying Policy / Qualifying Policies that is / are cancelled, within one (1) month after the end of the Promotion Period, will not count towards your draw chance(s) for the Lucky Draw.
18. The  Winner will receive an email for details on the redemption of the Lucky Draw Prize and the accompanying itinerary / itineraries by Chubb’s appointed vendor (with sender email address xander.arbuthnot@ausopentravel.com) to the registered email address indicated during the purchase of the Qualifying Policy / Qualifying Policies.
19. The Winner must acknowledge in writing and provide all necessary details required for the necessary redemption of his / her Lucky Draw Prize within one (1) week from the date of receiving their notification email. A new winner will be picked after one (1) week from the date of the Notification if Chubb does not receive any acknowledgement from the original chosen Winner.
20. Chubb reserves the right to replace the Lucky Draw Prize with items of similar value at any time without prior notice and in its absolute and sole discretion.
21. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the Winner including but not limited to meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the Winner during check-in to the hotel, for all incidental and miscellaneous / additional charges which may be applicable and which are not covered under the Lucky Draw Prize.
22. Compliance with any health or other government, legislative, regulatory, statutory or legal requirements is the sole responsibility of the Winner.  Chubb makes no representation nor warranty as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.  The dates for the Men’s Finals’ and the Women’s Finals’ are fixed and are not subject to any changes.
23. The Winner shall be responsible to pay the necessary and/or miscellaneous duties, fees, taxes, levies, and other charges as imposed by any relevant authorities in Singapore or Australia where applicable.
24. Chubb shall not be responsible for the use, merchantability, quality or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspects of the Lucky Draw Prize or its replacement item.
25. Chubb shall not be liable to you or any party, whether in contract or tort (including negligence) or otherwise, for any liabilities, losses and damages, claims costs and expenses or for any special or consequential damages or losses in connection with, related to or resulting from the Lucky Draw Prize or its replacement items.
26. Chubb reserves the rights to forfeit the unclaimed Lucky Draw Prize at any time without any prior notice to you in its absolute and sole discretion.
27. Chubb reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion and/or Lucky Draw without any prior notice.
28. By enrolling for the Lucky Draw, you are deemed to have:
    • Consented to receive the Lucky Draw Prize in accordance with the Prize Package shown above.
    • Consented to providing a photo of yourself at the Australian Open that can be used for marketing purposes by Chubb.
    • Provided accurate and truthful information during the application process.
    • Met all eligibility criteria as stated in the Clause 4 above
29. The Winner must, at Chubb’s request, participate, without any remuneration or benefits-in-kind, in all promotional activities (such as photography and / or filming) in relation to the Lucky Draw and/or the Lucky Draw Prize.
30. The Winner consents to Chubb using his or her name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media globally and in perpetuity without any remuneration or benefits-in-kind for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome thereof). The Winner acknowledges and agrees that Chubb has the right to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, promote, and otherwise use the promotional materials created, including videos and photographs, to produce public relations materials, editorials, marketing tools and other printed matters, including materials for Chubb’s website and/or website of any of its affiliates. The Winner shall not have any claim nor be entitled to, any payment for the use, publishing or broadcasting the promotional and/or public relations materials created. Furthermore, all rights, title and interest in and to the abovementioned promotional and/or public relations materials, including all intellectual property rights and moral rights thereto, shall be the property of Chubb.
